Drift Scion tC 2011

Built to compete in the top-tier Formula DRIFT series and campaigned by driver Fredric Aasbo, Papadakis Racing has converted the factory front-wheel drive Scion tC to rear-wheel drive, with the emphisis on keeping the unibody structure intact. The steering angle has been modified to best achieve the drift discipline’s impressive sideways style, and the two-liter, turbocharged engine meets the series’ high power and high performance demands. The vehicle debuted as a new build in 2011, and achieved its first overall podium in July.
